Directions:

Using Dr. D’s Wicked Good Herb Soaks

Using the medicated soak herbs is not very difficult. Set 1 gallon of water boiling in a stainless steel pan, glass or ceramic/porcelain coated pan. Do not use Aluminum or non-stick pans.

Once you have the water boiling, open the plastic bag of herbs and add the big tea bag to the boiling water. Reduce the heat to low and simmer the herbs for 15-20 minutes with a cover on.

After 20 minutes turn off the heat and then place the herbs in a tub or larger container in which you can soak your foot/feet comfortably. If you are dealing with an upper arm, hand or elbow injury you can soak towels in the hot herbal soak and place them on and around the effected area.
If you are having Ligament/Tendon/ or Bone Spur issues add 2 cups of vinegar to the mixture before soaking. If you are dealing with foot pain/Plantar Fasciitis add 1-2 cups of Vodka (store brand, no need to waste your Grey Goose on foot soaks).
Do not burn your appendages, but soak the foot/feet as hot as you can stand for 10-15 minutes. Cool the herbal mixture, add another cup of vinegar or vodka depending on what you are soaking for and then place it in a container and store it in the refrigerator.
If you are dealing with a bone spur, rub and massage the affected area using the mixture as a skin lubricant. Soak your feet at least 1-2 times per week. This bag of herbs is good for 1-3 treatments.
