You get a heavy duty black canvas bag, you can choose from a Small Catch bag which is great for use as a portable Iron Palm bag as well as being a well built tank for use as a grab bag or a heavy duty Large Catch Bag which will stand up to full rigor of Iron Palm Training.

The bags are heavy canvas reinforced at all stress points.

Iron Palm is not only about hammering your hands into nerveless clubs.
